Levkas

Lefkas Town, on the north-eastern side of Lefkas Island, is a perfect place to start your exploration of the Northern or Southern Ionian Islands. From Corfu and Paxos in the north, to Kefallonia and Ithaca in the south, there are Islands to suit all tastes. From the modern fully equipped Lefkas Marina, the calm, warm waters of the Ionian sea are waiting to be explored. The island of Lefkas is mountainous, island, covered with dense vegetation to the east and south. Its eastern coast slopes gently down to the sea, which is sheltered from the wind and dotted with thickly wooded islets. The most famous of these are Skorpios, Madouri and Sparti. In contrast, the west coast is steep, with a few stunted pine trees and lined with spectacular stretches of endless golden beach. The very modern marina has been operating since 2002. Together with its total berthing capacity of 620 yachts of up to 45 meters in length and 3.5 meters draught it offers dry docking facilities for approximately 270 boats and a full package of facilities and services of high standards. On walking distance guests will find a shopping centre including restaurants, supermarkets, various boutiques and coffee shops with huge terraces.
