Race sailing implies strong team building and needs excellent individual skills. During the YEE Regatta, every crew is training on these skills and values, day- in day-out. Bringing like-minded Entrepreneurs together enhances informal but strong networking. Several coaches are helping the participants to get the maximum out of this networking. But the YEE Regatta goes further, as it includes a punctual but intense programme of business seminars and lectures. Also different from any sailing race is the ever changing location where the yearly event is organised, adding further to its attraction. The organising team is working hard to find the perfect mix between an effective business programme and an intense social programme, between serious racing and informal partying, between seminars with real added-value and a relaxed atmosphere, between creating effective networking opportunities and leaving those men-at-sea create new and intense friendship.
