SEA SHELL

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The
SEA SHELL was built in Holland in 1920, where
she was used as a pilot vessel across the English
Channel.
Her sistership, SEA PEARL, was built as a cod-fishing
vessel in 1915.
Since 1996 and 1999, both ships that had had a
long career in the crewed charter business (resp. in
Holland and in the Caribbean), were brought to
the Seychelles, where they offer to their passengers,
a very interestingg blend of traditional and romantic
atmosphere with modern amenities. The comfortable,
but still slightly basic cabins, were outfitted
with air conditioning. The kitchen of both ships
gained an excellent reputation. Many diving equipments
and watersports are embarked, sunbeds and a large
teak deck offer to the guests a wonderfull variety
of activities. Sailing in a traditional way under
tropical conditions, in combination with interesting
excursions ashore allows, even non-diving guests,
to discover this paradise-like destination.
