- A YEARLY SAILING EVENT FOR YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS
The main idea is to introduce the concept of 'Fun Regatta' to young entrepreneurs and managers.
- The competitors do not focus as much on the result as on the pleasure of participating to the regatta and learning from it. Everybody is invited to set up a team, made out of colleagues or like-minded friends. Each yacht takes an average of 6 crew members.
- This regatta is a unique mix of serious racing, informal partying and intense networking, bringing together like-minded businessmen. Team building and rewarding the winners are core values. However the YEE Regatta goes further and includes a punctual but intense programme of business seminars and lectures. Also different from any sailing race is the ever changing sailing area where the YEE Regatta takes place, adding further to its attraction.
